Refund Policy

We want every dpAnalyzer subscription to deliver immediate value. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one if the service does not meet expectations.

Scope of This Policy

This policy applies to paid dpAnalyzer subscriptions purchased directly from us. If you obtained access through a marketplace or partner, please work with them for billing questions.

Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of the initial charge when:

  • You were unable to launch or analyze any project because core product capabilities did not function as described.
  • You were charged more than once for the same subscription term.
  • You cancelled or downgraded within the review window and have not exported dpAnalyzer data or shared generated assets with external clients.

We may request additional information or logs to validate the issue so that we can correct it.

How to Request a Refund

Follow these steps so we can review your request quickly:

  1. Submit a ticket from your account dashboard or email billing@dpanalyzer.com with the subject "Refund Request".
  2. Include your workspace name, order ID, charge date, and a brief description of the issue you experienced.
  3. Our team will acknowledge your request within two business days and may follow up for clarification.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the credit to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Refundable Situations

We generally cannot provide refunds when:

  • The request is submitted more than 14 days after the charge date.
  • Your account violated our Terms of Service or acceptable use policies.
  • Our analysts have already delivered the full data processing deliverables or custom work associated with your plan.

Chargebacks & Disputed Payments

If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, we may suspend your account while the dispute is investigated. Resolving disputes through our support team is usually faster and prevents service interruptions.
